Tamaraw Metals' Zambia portfolio combines the Kaoma JV, the Chinsali JV, and a broader package of optioned licenses across prospective copper districts.

The portfolio is being advanced through a JV-first model in which Tamaraw leads and funds phased exploration and technical work with the objective of progressing priority assets toward resource definition and economic evaluation.

Portfolio Work Program

Phase 1 (0–6 months)

Mapping, geochemical analysis, and magnetic/IP surveys.

Phase 2 (6–12 months)

Drilling 3,000–5,000 meters and conducting metallurgy assessments. Additional drilling will be considered if warranted.

Phase 3 (12–24 months)

Develop an initial NI 43-101 or JORC-compliant resource estimate and preliminary economic assessment on advancing assets.
