Perla Woo
CEO & Director
Ms. Woo is a Canadian Professional Engineer, with a Masters in Engineering from the University of Calgary, and has over 30 years of experience in the natural resource sector. Ms. Woo has experience in characterization of oil and gas, pressure transient analysis, reservoir engineering, field studies, production optimization, and project development and has worked for Devon Energy and Apache which are US oil and gas firms. She was a Co-Founder of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd., and Canadian Foresight Group which has an off-shore oil and gas project in Myanmar.. Ms. Woo co-founded Tamaraw Metals Limited with Mr. Flaherty in 2022 to identify, evaluate and acquire high potential mining exploration projects.
Kevin Flaherty
Chairman & Director
Mr. Flaherty holds a MBA, Finance and resides in Vietnam, where he is a managing director of Energy & Natural Resource Investments at Saigon Asset Management. He co-founded two natural resources firms in Vietnam: Tiberon Minerals and Keeper Resources; both of which were subsequently acquired by Asian-based investment firms. Kevin is the founder of Savitar Exploration Ltd. which has mining projects in Myanmar and Vietnam
Steven Dudka
Technical Advisor
Mr. Dudka. is a Canadian Professional Geoscientist in BC since 1992 with a BSc in Geology at Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia., He has nearly 40 years of experience in geological exploration, mapping, mineral resource evaluation, and project development, He worked for ten years in Canada as an exploration geologist. Subsequently, he oversaw the exploration and licensing of the Nui Phao tungsten, fluorspar, and polymetallic project in Vietnam for Tiberon Minerals Ltd. From 1997 – 2006. he served as regional Managing Director for Archipelago Metals Ltd. for the Co-Dinh chromite-nickel-cobalt project in Vietnam. Currently, he is project Director for Kanbauk tin-tungsten-fluorspar mining project for Savitar Exploration Ltd. From 2016 till now.
